Aircaft Escrow/Registration Services

Escrow services are a vital part of the Purchase/Sale of your aircraft. We act as a third-party, providing service for the simultaneous transfer of funds, satisfaction of previous security agreements or liens, registration of new purchaser and the recording of any new security agreements. Escrow deposits received are refundable to the depositor until we are notified by the depositor or until we are in receipt of a purchase agreement that has been executed by purchaser and seller outlining the terms and conditions of the escrow funds. Our escrow service is meant to eliminate the stress in buying/selling a plane. We hold all the monies and documents until certain all agreed conditions are met. With written instructions from all parties we will submit documents to the FAA Aircraft Registry for recording and we will disburse the escrow funds.

Along with Escrow service, we also offer the following add-on services:

-Title Search ($190) - This service provides you with a formal title report revealing any liens or title issues of record at the FAA and displays the name and address of the current registered owner and previous owner. We will research from the first registration document filed with FAA and search all the way through present owner to see if there are any outstanding liens or title issues, ensuring that you will be able to buy or sell your airplane with the peace of mind knowing where your aircraft stands with the FAA. The standard turnaround time on Title Search orders is within 48 hours of the order being placed (during normal business days). All Title Search orders will be delivered via email as soon as they are available.

-Complete Aircraft Records Report ($90) - If you are interested in only viewing the aircraft registration and airworthiness documents on file with FAA, then this is the option for you. The aircraft registration documents will show all documents that have been filed with the FAA for the aircraft, including all Bills of Sale, Applications for Registration, Liens, Lien Releases, etc. The airworthiness documents will show all 337s (repairs and alterations) that have been filed with the FAA for the aircraft. All Aircraft Record orders will be delivered via email as soon as they are available.

-Accident/Incident Report ($120) - The Accident/Incident Report provides you with a detailed report of any past accidents or incidents involving the aircraft. Sourced from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) database and FAA Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing (ASIAS) database, we provide all records available pertaining to the aircraft. The standard turnaround time on the Accident/Incident Report is within 48 hours of the order being placed (during normal business days). All Accident/Incident Reports will be delivered via email from as soon as they are available.

-Aircraft Registration Service INK ($220) - The Aircraft Registration Service provides you with walk-in service for your aircraft registration. We walk your INK SIGNED paper application for registration (and accompanying paperwork) in to the FAA for you and will mail your new registration back to you as fast as we get it (Fedex/UPS Services if requested additional).

-Aircraft Registration Service ELECTRONIC($320) - The Aircraft Registration Service provides you with walk-in service for your aircraft registration. We walk your ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED paper application for registration (and accompanying paperwork) in to the FAA for you and will mail your new registration back to you as fast as we get it (Fedex/UPS Services if requested additional).

-Deregistration for EXPORT ($350) - We can assist with the paperwork required to DEREGISTER AN AIRCRAFT FOR EXPORT. We will prepare the necessary statement(s) and transmit them to the FAA for the removal of an aircraft from the USA N registry. We do NOT perform and Capetown Treaty functions at this time.
