Owner's Trust Agreement

In order to register an in the US (N - number), whether for use in the United States or for use abroad, the ownership must be 75% US Citizen. However, by way of an Owner's Trust Agreement, it is permissible to be a non-citizen and hand over the ownership of the aircraft, in Trust, to a US Citizen, while maintaining operational control of the aircraft. We can walk you through the entire process of registering your aircraft in the US either with as a Delaware Corporation or as a private individual (non-incorporated).

The cost of an Owner's Trust agreement is:

$10,000 for an International JET powered aircraft ($5000 Domestic based aircraft)

$ 5,000 for an International PISTON powered aircraft ($2000 Domestic based aircraft)

$ 3,400 for Homebuilt, Experimental, or Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) ($1800 Domestic based aircraft)
