**Do you need a new Registered Agent?**

Would you like to switch agents? If you are unhappy with your current agent and would like to subscribe to our services, we can certainly take care of you. We will gladly process the required paperwork that will permit us to legally service your Delaware needs. We charge a FLAT fee of $399 for this service (plus any back taxes or fees the State may have assigned). You get UNLIMITED First Class Mail forwarded to your domestic mailing address for the remainder of the calendar year. We will then invoice you every January to take care of the upcoming fees for the next year. We make it easy for you: simply return a completed Switch Agents form either by email or faxand we will get started right away.
